Shipping Details

 

Generally, our orders are posted through Australia Post. We may also use other services depending on the option you select at checkout, including Sendle and Aramex couriers.

Our estimated shipping times are indicative only and subject to delays from the shipping provider. They generally account for one business day for your order to be packed from our location, however sometimes we may briefly go out of stock of some items, which may result in minor delays. We will do our best to make sure your order is posted as soon as possible.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Bush Bees. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We provide returns and refunds if your item arrives damaged due to our error. Change of mind returns are not guaranteed, but get in touch to see if we can help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to contact us return an item from the date you received it. Let us know that your item has arrived damaged as soon as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
For damaged item returns and refunds, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For change of mind returns (which are not guaranteed), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
